Leon's is seeking a Sales Manager in Training who is motivated, enthusiastic, and aims for success. The role provides an opportunity to gain valuable leadership training while contributing to the company's legacy of service excellence in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales team and daily store operations
  • Train and develop future managers
  • Conduct recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for new associates
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure positive service experience
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Prepare and manage sales promotions and contests
  • Maintain communication with all departments
  • Support the General Manager and other managers
  • Complete various reports as required
