Appliance Canada is seeking a self-motivated Sales Manager in Training to join their team in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. The role focuses on developing future managers through comprehensive leadership training programs, ensuring a high level of sales and customer service excellence in a family-owned and respected company.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales team and oversee daily store operations
  • Conduct training and development for future managers
  • Recruit and onboard new associates, ensuring a positive orientation experience
  • Resolve customer issues and enhance service experience
  • Prepare and conduct effective sales meetings and manage promotions
  • Maintain communication across departments and liaise with home office
  • Complete various reports as required and perform other assigned duties
