Key responsibilities

  • Manage sales team and daily store operations
  • Conduct training and development for associates
  • Conduct interviews, hiring, and onboarding of new staff
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive service experience
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Prepare and manage sales promotions and contests
  • Maintain communication with all departments within the store
  • Support General Manager and other department managers
  • Complete various reports as required
