Overview

Airgain Inc is seeking a motivated Sales Manager for the Aftermarket segment, focusing on business development and sales in the North American automotive industry. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, traveling to meet clients and closing sales while driving growth for Airgain's innovative wireless solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue, margin, and growth targets
  • Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends
  • Identify and qualify new market segments and applications
  • Prospect and close new direct accounts while managing existing customer relationships
  • Drive channel strategy and enablement with distributors and partners
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to align requirements and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in wireless data sales covering the North American market
  • Key relationships/experience with antennas, modems, and rugged computers
  • Experience managing and growing sales with channel partners
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
