Overview

The Sales Manager at WarehouseQuote is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and managing a full-funnel sales process within the logistics and warehousing sector. This player-coach role emphasizes pipeline generation, consultative selling, and collaboration with internal teams to position WarehouseQuote's solutions effectively.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads to determine customer fit and urgency.
  • Create and execute outbound prospecting strategies for warehouse services.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand a prospect's needs.
  • Present WarehouseQuote's services in a compelling manner.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track key sales metrics.
  • Serve as a player-coach for the sales team and enhance sales processes.
  • Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to ensure feasibility of proposals.

Required skills

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, especially in logistics or supply chain
  • Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Strong CRM management skills
  • Proven ability to manage a full-funnel sales process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with sales engagement tools like HubSpot or similar
