Wesley Group is seeking a Sales Qualification Specialist to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As part of an INC 500 company, you'll work directly with warm leads to help individuals exit problematic timeshares, without the hassle of cold calling. This role is designed for motivated sales professionals looking to earn between $120K and $160K annually, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities

  • Connect with warm leads through outbound sales calls
  • Understand clients' unique situations through thoughtful conversation
  • Pre-qualify prospects for services offered
  • Schedule appointments for the closing team
  • Track interactions using Salesforce

Required skills

  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in telesales
  • Ability to hit or exceed sales targets
  • Strong organizational and self-motivational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Proficiency in operating a Mac
  • Excellent communication skills
