Key Responsibilities Assist customers in understanding and selecting appropriate financing options for their purchases.Process credit applications and verify customer information accurately.Work closely with lenders and financial institutions to secure financing approvals.Explain financing terms, conditions, and payment plans clearly to customers.Maintain accurate records of financing transactions and customer interactions.Collaborate with sales team members to ensure seamless customer experience.Stay updated on current financing products, rates, and industry regulations.Resolve any financing-related issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
