Overview

Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for Employee Benefits to drive new business growth and maintain client relationships in the commercial insurance industry. This position allows for remote work or can be based in one of the company's offices in New York.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth and expand existing accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
  • Craft and present customized insurance proposals
  • Analyze risk and underwriting information to tailor solutions
  • Follow renewal workflows to ensure client retention
  • Identify opportunities for cross-referrals within the company
  • Collaborate with internal teams for client support

Required skills
