Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven LICENSED Property + Casualty Sales Executive to join their Fort Lauderdale office. This hybrid role focuses on driving new business growth, expanding existing commercial lines accounts, and maintaining a strong book of business in the commercial insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth and maintain a book of business
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of prospects
  • Create and present customized insurance proposals
  • Gather and analyze detailed risk and underwriting information
  • Follow structured renewal workflows for client retention
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the company
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless client service
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues

Required skills

  • Proven sales success and track record
