Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven LICENSED Property & Casualty Sales Executive to join their team, ideally suited for a highly motivated professional with strong communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the commercial insurance industry. The role involves driving new business growth, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining a robust book of business in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth while expanding the book of business
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales and retention goals
  • Craft compelling value propositions and tailor insurance solutions
  • Create and present customized insurance proposals using Marshall+Sterling's online system
  • Follow structured renewal workflows for client retention
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to other divisions
  • Partner with internal teams to delegate client service tasks
  • Foster strong, professional relationships with colleagues

Required skills

  • Active state insurance license
  • Demonstrated success in sales with a strong track record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
