Marshall & Sterling Inc is seeking a dynamic and results-driven licensed Property+Casualty Sales Executive for their Fort Lauderdale office. This hybrid role focuses on driving new business growth in the commercial insurance sector, where the candidate will build and manage a pipeline of prospects and maintain existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth while maintaining and expanding your book of business.
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales and retention goals.
  • Craft compelling value propositions and customized insurance proposals.
  • Gather and analyze risk and underwriting information to tailor insurance solutions.
  • Follow structured renewal workflows to ensure strong client retention.
  • Identify opportunities for referrals to other divisions within the company.
  • Partner with internal teams to delegate client service tasks effectively.
  • Foster professional relationships with colleagues for a collaborative work environment.

Required skills

  • Active state insurance license
  • Demonstrated sales success and goal achievement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
