The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of the commercial insurance industry, with responsibilities including driving new business growth and maintaining a strong book of business.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth while maintaining and expanding your book of business.
  • Proactively build and manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales and retention goals.
  • Craft compelling value propositions using provided tools.
  • Gather and analyze detailed risk and underwriting information for insurance solutions.
  • Create and present customized insurance proposals.
  • Follow structured renewal workflows for client retention.
  • Identify opportunities to refer clients to other divisions.
  • Partner with internal teams for seamless client support.
  • Foster strong, professional relationships within the team.
