Overview

ECC Exteriors is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth in large-scale exterior renovation projects across Northern California. This individual contributor role focuses on developing new business and managing client relationships in the construction sales space, specifically involving multifamily and commercial renovations.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new exterior renovation opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, and contractors
  • Sell complex, large-scale renovation projects including roofing and siding
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of active opportunities and manage accounts
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to operations teams
  • Track activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Meet or exceed individual revenue and profitability targets

Required skills

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in construction or related industry
  • Direct experience with large-scale exterior projects
  • Working knowledge of roofing, coatings, painting, siding
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to travel throughout the region
