Overview

Smithville Communications is seeking a driven Small-Medium Business Sales Executive to accelerate growth in the Jasper, Indiana market. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client partnerships, and deliver tailored solutions to help customers achieve measurable results through consultative selling.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling and networking.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative solutions to new and existing customers based on their specific needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by managing a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and pursue ongoing professional development.

Required skills

  • 3-5 years of proven success in B2B sales
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Reader
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
