Overview

SecureSky, Inc. is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Omaha, Nebraska, or remotely. This role involves building an outbound pipeline in a specialized cybersecurity firm, targeting security operations leaders and CISOs to earn credibility and generate new business.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect target accounts using phone, email, and social outreach
  • Research accounts and contacts to ensure relevant outreach
  • Act as a trusted extension of the sales team in conversations with senior security leaders
  • Build pipeline through execution, credibility, and discipline
  • Maintain nurturing campaigns and re-engage stalled prospects
  • Provide direct field feedback to shape offers, campaigns, and target accounts

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B outbound sales experience
  • Experience in technology, managed services, SaaS, or technical services
  • Comfortable with cold outreach to senior technical buyers
  • Organized and self-directed with pipeline management skills
  • Motivated by outcomes and results
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience in cybersecurity or the Microsoft ecosystem preferred
