Overview

Astound is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Concord, California, to support its mission of providing reliable internet and telecommunications services. The representative will engage with customers to understand their needs and promote various service packages, while contributing to a supportive work environment focused on growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Sell target products and packages to customers
  • Communicate system prices and services to potential customers
  • Demonstrate products and services at the retail center
  • Review customer satisfaction and recommend new services as needed
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Track sales progress and document productivity on reports

Required skills

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate well to others
  • Bilingual skills preferred
  • Knowledge of cable and data products and services
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • High school diploma or equivalent
