Overview

Warren Henry Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant for their Jaguar Land Rover South Dade location. The role involves building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating vehicle features to convert inquiries into sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers and ascertain their wants or needs
  • Describe vehicle features and explain usage, operation, and care to customers
  • Qualify buyers by matching their requirements and interests to various models
  • Compute sales prices and total purchases
  • Maintain updated product knowledge for customer inquiries
  • Develop relationships with previous customers and meet new prospects
  • Respond to inquiries and recommend sales campaigns and promotions
  • Place special orders as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and payment policies
