Overview

Digicast Inc. is seeking a strategic and driven Sales - Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The role focuses on new client acquisitions, relationship building, and promoting Digicast's comprehensive range of webcasting and digital experience solutions to various sectors including corporate and government.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the GTA
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across various key sectors
  • Position and promote Digicast's service portfolio to senior decision-makers
  • Conduct discovery meetings to assess client needs and prepare tailored proposals
  • Collaborate with Producers and Technical Directors to design custom solutions
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships within the events ecosystem
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business

Required skills

  • 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in audiovisual production or corporate communications
  • Proven track record in securing new business and cultivating relationships
  • Strong consultative sales and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently and manage a sales territory
  • Familiarity with AV, broadcast, or live event technologies
