Your responsibilities will include:Welcome prospective and current members with enthusiasm and professionalismConvert leads into memberships through phone calls, tours, follow-up, and relationship buildingMeet and exceed monthly membership and sales goalsConduct timely follow-up with prospective families using our CRM systemBuild relationships with local schools, preschools, businesses, and community partners to generate referralsAssist with member check-in and provide exceptional customer service during daily operationsProcess memberships, retail purchases, and payments accuratelyPromote and sell birthday party packages and special eventsMaintain accurate records and customer communications within our CRMSupport club events, marketing initiatives, and community outreachWork closely with the leadership team to deliver an outstanding member experienceWhat We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:Friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys working with peopleSelf-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goalsOrganized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA strong communicator, both in person and over the phonePositive, coachable, and eager to learnPassionate about delivering exceptional customer serviceQualificationsPrevious sales, membership, hospitality, or customer service experience preferredExperience working in a fitness, sports, recreation, or family-focused environment is a plusExperience working with children or families is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work evenings and weekends as neededBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not requiredWhy Join KidsUnited?
