The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining the store environment, and supporting daily operations within a family-owned convenience store chain that has been serving customers since 1926.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Master point-of-sale systems for transactions and refunds
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Stock and organize shelves and displays
  • Complete shift paperwork and assist with cash reconciliation
  • Follow food safety guidelines for food service items
  • Collaborate with team members and follow safety procedures

Required skills

  • Customer service experience in a retail environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
