Overview

Drees Homes is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join their Dallas Division. This role involves providing clerical and administrative support within the sales office of model homes, assisting in customer interactions, and maintaining the presentation of the homes.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors entering the model and design center
  • Collect prospects' names, emails, and phone numbers
  • Demonstrate products and arrange follow-up appointments
  • Participate in marketing projects
  • Maintain cleanliness of model homes and grounds
  • Manage supplies for daily model operations

Required skills

  • Work experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or new home sales
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Basic understanding of blueprints and floor plans
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce
  • Outgoing and energetic personality to adapt to various buyer profiles
  • Ability to work independently
