Overview

As a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum, you will play a key role in retaining valued customers and upselling top-tier services. This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed customer solutions activity goals using telephone-based techniques.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound calls and address customer inquiries.
  • Process orders and manage billing inquiries for retained accounts.
  • Explain products and services to effectively retain and re-sell to customers.

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service or phone sales experience
  • Knowledge of cable communications products: TV, internet, and telephone
  • Strong English and Spanish communication skills
  • Flexibility for variable hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of call center experience (preferred)
