Overview

As a Sales and Customer Solutions Representative at Spectrum, you will leverage your skills to enhance customer satisfaction while retaining valued customers and upselling top-tier services. Key responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to resolve billing inquiries, product questions, and service complaints

  • Process orders within the billing system for retained accounts and new sales entries

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • 2+ years of call center experience in customer service or phone sales
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English
  • Knowledge of cable communications products and services
  • Effective computer and consumer electronics skills
  • Ability to handle irate customers and resolve issues
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
