Overview

The Sales and Business Development Manager at Metromont will implement sales strategies and programs to promote the company's goods and services to Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, and Owners. This key role will contribute to Metromont's objectives by increasing bids for work and developing client relationships. The company, with nearly a century of experience in the construction industry, offers a variety of precast concrete solutions and related services.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve company objectives
  • Increase the number of jobs bid from General Contracting firms
  • Expand the network of General Contracting and Architectural firms for job submissions
  • Provide information on competitors and competing construction systems
  • Supply estimators with complete and accurate job information
  • Offer feedback on bidding status and customer relationships
  • Consult with General Managers on competitive pricing strategies
