Overview

The Sales Advisor at Hawthorne Court will play a crucial role in developing relationships with prospective residents and their families while promoting the retirement community's unique benefits. The position involves coordinating sales and marketing strategies, conducting tours, and utilizing a prospect database to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing for the community
  • Conduct discovery to understand prospects' needs
  • Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours
  • Inspect the building and model apartments for tour readiness
  • Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate prospect database
  • Perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, notes, etc.
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community
