Overview

As a Sales Advisor at Hawthorne Court, you'll play a crucial role in fostering relationships with prospective residents and their families, while effectively communicating the unique advantages of the retirement community. This position is centered around executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive move-ins and enhance community engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs
  • Lead guided tours for prospective residents and families
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing for the community
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan
  • Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate prospect database
  • Perform follow-up communications through calls, visits, and notes
  • Inspect the building and model apartments for tour readiness

Required skills

  • Sales and marketing experience

  • Two years of previous sales experience preferred
