Overview

Hawthorne Court is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team, working to inspire older adults and their families while promoting our community. The Sales Advisor will build relationships with prospective residents and lead efforts in sales and marketing to communicate the unique benefits of our retirement community.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources.
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community.
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs.
  • Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database using Sherpa.
  • Perform follow-up through phone calls, personal visits, and notes.
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.
