Overview

Hawthorne Court is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team, dedicated to creating a joyful and purposeful living environment for older adults. The Sales Advisor's primary responsibility is to cultivate relationships with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the unique benefits of the retirement community to drive sales and move-ins.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs
  • Lead prospective residents and families on guided tours
  • Inspect the building and model apartments regularly to maximize tour readiness
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database using Sherpa
  • Perform follow-up through various communication methods
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community

Required skills

  • Passion for sales
  • Two years of experience in a similar sales role
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research
  • Experience in relationship building and customer service
  • Proficiency in database management
