Overview

Leisure Care is looking for a Sales Advisor at Hawthorne Court in Eltopia, Washington. In this role, you will connect with prospective residents and their families, promote the retirement community, and drive sales efforts to increase move-ins. This position combines relationship-building with strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community to prospects
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities including advertising and public relations
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs
  • Lead guided tours for prospective residents and families
  • Inspect the building and model apartments regularly to maintain tour readiness
  • Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate prospect database
  • Perform follow-up through phone calls and personal visits
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community
