Overview

The Sales Advisor at Hawthorne Court will play a crucial role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, their families, and referral sources, promoting the unique benefits of the retirement community. This position focuses on executing sales and marketing strategies to drive move-ins while ensuring a welcoming environment that feels like home for residents.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents and their families
  • Communicate the benefits of the retirement community
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct guided tours for prospective residents and families
  • Maintain an up-to-date prospect database using Sherpa
  • Follow up with prospects through various channels
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community
  • Inspect the facility regularly to ensure tour readiness

Required skills

  • Sales & Marketing experience

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of previous sales experience preferred
