Overview

Leisure Care is seeking a Sales Advisor for its Hawthorne Court location, where the focus is on inspiring older adults to embrace joy and purpose in their lives. In this role, you will cultivate relationships with prospective residents and their families, showcasing the unique benefits of the retirement community while driving sales efforts through various marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources.
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community.
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing efforts through advertising and public relations.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs.
  • Lead guided tours for prospective residents and their families.
  • Ensure building and model apartments are tour-ready.
  • Maintain an accurate prospect database using Sherpa.
  • Perform follow-ups through calls, visits, and notes.
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.
