Overview

The Sales Advisor at Hawthorne Court will cultivate relationships with prospective residents and their families while communicating the unique benefits of the retirement community. This role involves executing sales and marketing strategies to advance resident move-ins and enhance the community's visibility.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources.
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community.
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs.
  • Lead prospective residents and family members on guided tours.
  • Inspect the building and model apartments regularly to maximize tour readiness.
  • Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate and up-to-date prospect database.
  • Perform follow-up through calls, visits, and notes.
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community.

Required skills

  • Sales and marketing experience (2 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relationship building

  • Knowledge of public relations and advertising
  • Familiarity with customer service principles
