Overview

Leisure Care is seeking a Sales Advisor for Hawthorne Court in Benton City, Washington. This role focuses on cultivating relationships with potential residents and their families, showcasing the benefits of the retirement community, and advancing sales efforts.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing strategies
  • Conduct market research and develop referrals
  • Lead guided tours for prospects and their families
  • Ensure tour readiness by inspecting the building and model apartments
  • Maintain an accurate prospect database using Sherpa
  • Perform follow-up through various communication methods
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan
