Overview

As a Sales Advisor at Hawthorne Court, you will play a key role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to promote the retirement community's unique benefits and drive sales. The position involves executing various aspects of sales and marketing while creating a welcoming environment that inspires older adults to embrace joy and purpose in their lives.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents and referral sources
  • Communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of sales and marketing
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs
  • Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members
  • Inspect the building and model apartments regularly for tour readiness
  • Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate prospect database
  • Perform follow-up through calls, visits, and notes
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan

Required skills

  • Passion for sales
  • Two years of previous sales experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
