Overview

Leisure Care, a leader in senior living, is seeking a Sales Advisor for their Eltopia location. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and their families, effectively communicating the benefits of the retirement community, and driving sales to increase move-ins.

Key responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources
  • Communicate unique benefits of the retirement community
  • Coordinate and execute sales and marketing efforts including advertising and public relations
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand prospects' needs
  • Lead guided tours of the community and model apartments
  • Inspect building to maximize tour readiness
  • Utilize Sherpa to maintain an accurate prospect database
  • Perform follow-ups through various communication methods
  • Create and implement a strategic marketing plan for the community
