Overview

Fire Safety and Protection (FSP) is seeking a Sales Account Manager to develop new accounts and maintain relationships within a defined territory. The role focuses on providing expert consultation on life safety and security products, ensuring customer needs are met, and driving business growth through sales strategies and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the company.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for life safety and security solutions.
  • Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for compliance and solution effectiveness.
  • Oversee project implementation and delivery of safety solutions.
  • Conduct market research and prepare sales reports.
