Job Description Job Description We are looking for a fast learner person to fit in the Safety Coordinator Assistant position to help us minimize the risk of job-related accidents. You will monitor operations to eliminate hazardous activities. Your work will be focused on prevention, so you need to be diligent and analytical. You will possess a keen eye for detail and a sensitivity for potential dangers. The goal is to support the creation of a healthy and safe workplace.ResponsibilitiesAdvise on provisions to minimize safety risks.Direct accident investigation procedures.Keep records of safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions.Organize and conduct safety training plans.Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety issues.Intervene in unsafe activities or operations.other responsibilities included, but no limited: address employees when there is a safety violation, talk to supervisors to coordinate a safety plan, coordinate new personnel at different job sites.Requirements: Reliable transportation. Valid Driver License. Bilingual English/Spanish a big plus. Dependable and punctual. Flexible schedule, day/night hours, including weekends (if needed). Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
