Overview

Gunderson Inc is seeking a Route Service Representative in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is integral to providing excellent customer service by delivering various products while engaging with clients and ensuring a safe working environment. The position does not require a CDL, and comprehensive training is provided.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver weekly service to local customers with the right products at the right time
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Practice safe driving and maintain a safe work environment
  • Check and validate customer orders for accuracy and timely delivery
  • Manage company property and minimize damage during handling

Required skills

  • Customer service experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Attention to detail
  • Physical ability to push/pull wheeled buckets up to 900 lbs and lift bags up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day
