Overview

As a Route Sales Representative at Frito-Lay, you will be responsible for delivering and merchandising a wide range of products at local stores, including gas stations and grocery stores. This role involves driving a company truck, managing orders, and working independently to boost sales while fostering relationships with store managers.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver and sell Frito-Lay products to various stores
  • Merchandise product and manage inventory
  • Partner with store managers to increase sales and orders
  • Complete driving and selling training within 4 to 6 weeks
  • Build relationships with customers and enhance route sales
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
