The Route Manager at Sprague Pest Solutions will manage a dedicated route, delivering pest control and inspection services to commercial clients. This role involves building professional relationships and providing tailored solutions to client pest management challenges while ensuring high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients, delivering professional service
  • Develop relationships with clients to understand their pest management needs
  • Conduct inspections and apply various pest control methods
  • Participate in training and maintain licensing for pest control
  • Respond to client complaints and service requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
  • Seek opportunities for account growth and sales

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record
  • 2+ years in route sales, merchandising, dispatching, or logistics
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work quality
  • Knowledge of pest control practices and safety management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
