Overview

Braum's is seeking a Route Maintenance Technician for the Fort Smith area. This role involves completing service requests to support store operations, requiring broad skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building repairs.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete work order service requests for store operations
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building repairs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on store equipment
  • Support other Maintenance Technicians in the region
  • Remain flexible in work scheduling to meet changing store objectives

Required skills

  • 1 year of experience in maintenance trades
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Electrical repair skills including lamp changing and ballast replacement
  • Plumbing repair skills including faucet and flush valve replacements
  • HVAC maintenance capabilities
  • Basic mechanical repair skills
  • Building repair skills including painting and carpentry
  • Good driving record
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at high elevations
  • Self-motivated, honest, and dependable
