Overview

Van Delden Wastewater Systems is seeking a full-time Rooter and Jetting Technician in Boerne, Texas, to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining septic systems. The company emphasizes a family-like work environment and is dedicated to quality service as they assist clients with various wastewater needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare truck, equipment, and tools for daily tasks
  • Provide friendly customer service upon arrival at job sites
  • Obtain pre-authorization signatures from clients
  • Locate system components and install cleanouts
  • Jet drainfield lines as needed
  • Ensure job sites are left in excellent condition
  • Collect payment from clients
  • Assist with other projects and cross-training as required

Required skills

  • Class C Driver's License with a good driving record
  • Ability to tow and back up a trailer
  • Experience with mini-excavators
  • Physical capability to lift and shovel
  • Proficiency in using an iPad
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Reliability and honesty
