Overview

CROWN CAPITAL MGMT LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Roofing Service Technician to join their growing team in Pompano Beach, Florida. This full-time position involves performing roof inspections, repairs, and maintenance on both commercial and residential roofing systems, while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair roofing issues, including leaks and storm damage.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and service work on various roofing systems.
  • Document findings with photographs and detailed service reports.
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with emergency service calls when needed.

Required skills

  • Roofing experience preferred; service and repair experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to identify and repair common roofing issues on commercial and residential systems.
  • Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Clean criminal background.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
