No prior roofing experience is required; training is provided.WHAT YOU WILL DO- Meet with homeowners and inspect roofs safely using ladders and roof access.- Photograph and document roof conditions and storm damage.- Explain roofing options, estimates, and the customer process.- Assist customers with insurance-claim documentation and adjuster meetings as appropriate.- Follow up with customers and manage the relationship through project completion.- Develop customer relationships in Osage Beach, Camdenton, Eldon, and Lebanon.WHAT YOU NEED- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.- Ability and willingness to work safely at heights.- Strong communication, follow-up skills, and a willingness to learn.- Roofing or sales experience is helpful but not required.COMPENSATIONCommission-based opportunity.
