Worxweb Solutions is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative in Tampa, FL. This full-time, phone-based sales role focuses on selling residential roofing jobs, managing inbound and outbound calls, building client relationships, and closing projects. No prior roofing experience is needed, but strong phone sales skills and a consistent work ethic are essential.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle outbound prospecting calls and inbound inquiries
  • Present roofing solutions to homeowners and property owners
  • Provide quotes and follow up with open leads
  • Close jobs and hand them off to the operations team
  • Achieve sales goals with a goal-oriented approach

Required skills

  • Experience in phone sales, inside sales, or outbound calling
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM use
  • Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday onsite schedule
  • Track record of follow-through on sales activity
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead management software (nice to have)
  • Prior experience in roofing, construction, or home services sales (nice to have)
