We are seeking an experienced Roofing Manager to oversee field operations, manage crews, and ensure high-quality workmanship on our projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all aspects of roofing projects, from material delivery to final walkthroughs.Ensure waterproofing techniques are implemented correctly for long-lasting and durable roofs.Supervise roofing crews, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety compliance.Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors.Perform job site inspections to guarantee quality control and adherence to company standards.Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions.Work long hours as needed to meet project deadlines.Report progress to upper management and provide field updates.Requirements Fluent in Spanish & English (must be able to communicate with crews and clients). Extensive waterproofing knowledge (roofing underlayment, flashing, coatings, and leak prevention). Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with experience managing teams. Ability to work long hours and handle fast-paced job sites. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites. Minimum 5 years of roofing experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role.Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with Owens Corning, GAF, or similar roofing systems. Familiarity with Acculynx or similar CRM/project management software.
