Overview

Creative Management Technology, Inc. is seeking a Roadway Maintenance Worker to perform routine maintenance services on non-interstate roadways for the Florida Department of Transportation in Volusia and Flagler counties. The role involves various maintenance and repair activities related to roadway infrastructure and requires adherence to safety protocols.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform interstate road asphalt repair
  • Repair non-paved shoulders and roadside slopes
  • Maintain drainage structures and ditches
  • Conduct landscaping and sodding tasks
  • Repair concrete sidewalks, guardrails, and fences
  • Ensure compliance with work zone traffic control and safety protocols

Required skills

  • One year of infrastructure maintenance experience
  • Roadway equipment operation
  • Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
