Overview

As a Roadside Service Dispatcher at GEICO, you will play a crucial role in reassuring customers during challenging times and guiding them through their coverage options. This position involves managing calls related to roadside assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and support glass claims, locksmith services, and tow truck requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.

Required skills

  • Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable and detail-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs preferred.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
