As a Roadside Service Dispatcher at GEICO, you will play a vital role in assisting customers during stressful situations by providing guidance and support when they need it most. Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and support glass claims, locksmith services, and tow truck requests.

Required skills

  • Customer-facing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and empathy skills
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask
  • Experience in high-volume call centers preferred
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
