Overview

AAA Club Alliance is seeking dependable and empathetic individuals to join their Roadside Assistance team as Tow Truck Drivers. These full-time positions, primarily in Columbus, OH, involve providing essential roadside services in various weather conditions, ensuring that members receive timely assistance when they need it most.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide tow and recovery services following established guidelines
  • Deliver lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire changes
  • Communicate effectively with members to keep them informed and ensure safety
  • Enter call information accurately into in-truck technology
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections
  • Ensure fleet vehicles and equipment are secured
  • Participate in special events promoting the AAA brand

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment or customer service role
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Familiarity with GPS technology
